Conveniently located in the downtown Ashland Historic District. We specialize in locally sourced food, at reasonable prices.
Established in 2011, Ruby's neighborhood restaurant bridges downtown Ashland with the Historic Railroad District. We feature a wide variety of breakfast burritos and eclectic lunch sandwiches, including many vegetarian, vegan and gluten free options. Ruby's also offers locally roasted organic coffee, espresso and a large selection of house-made refreshments (as well as beer, wine and cocktails).
Food – who we support locally:
Working class staples designed to be eaten on the move, be it on an excavator or a downhill bike! Food fads come and go, but healthy, organic and affordable food is timeless. Our menu is globally inspired and locally sourced. Our vegetables are bought farm direct from Blue Fox (Applegate), Antonio’s Farm (Talent), the Pennington’s (Applegate), and Eagle Mill (Ashland). Our sliced sandwich bread, pretzels, ciabatta, and hamburger buns are from Sunstone Organic Bakery. We make all our baked goods in-house, from scratch. Everything on the menu is made to order.
Please DO NOT block our neighbors driveway or the street even for a minute! You can pull into our driveway for a quick pick-up or use the public lot across the street. We also have a large bike parking area for our cyclist patrons.
We highly suggest you call your order in ahead of time. We are extremely busy and the surest way to get your lunch in time to eat during your lunch break is to CALL AHEAD. If you’d like to dine in with us, we suggest showing up early to secure a table for your party.
